How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The majority of orders are dispatched next working day. Once your order has been dispatched it takes one or two days to be delivered to UK addresses, three days to reach Western Europe, five days to Eastern Europe and seven days to the rest of the world (dependent on shipping service selected).

 

How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order has been dispatched an email is sent to your registered email address letting you know.

 

What are the size measurements of the garments?

Mens garments chest size, Small 34-36", Medium 38-40", Large 42-44", Extra Large 46-48" and XXL 50-52". Girls One Size shirts fit chest size 32" - 36". Girls Zip Hoods sizes, Small 8/10, Medium 12/14 and Large 16

 

What do I do if my orders haven't arrived?

The first thing you should do if the goods don't arrive within reasonable time is contact your local postal delivery office to see if they are holding your goods for you. UK and European customers should do this after five days but before two weeks has elapsed. Customers from outside Europe should wait two weeks and then contact their postal delivery office. If the postal delivery office hasn’t been able to help you email us and we'll investigate for you.

 

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for on your website?
If it's not on the site, we don't have it.

How accurate are the product images on the site?
We endeavor to represent our products accurately, although small variations is size and colour of the design may occur.

How can I pay for my order?

All payments are processed through Paypal. You can use your Paypal balance or all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

 

What is your returns policy?

If you buy anything and decide within 14 days that you don’t want it all you have to do is send it back to us unworn and in the original packaging and we’ll refund you the cost of the items excluding shipping. If the goods are damaged or not what you expected please send us a message through our contact form before sending them back to us as we have a different procedure for dealing with these returns. Please be aware, however, that we are unable to refund items that have clearly been worn, laundered, subjected to abnormal usage or in our opinion, deliberately damaged.

 

What should I do if my goods arrived damaged?

Very occasionally goods do get damaged in transit. If you discover something in your order is damaged you should contact us through our contact form so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

What are your shipping costs?

UK Shipping:

First Class Mail: £2.50 plus £1.25 each additional item

Recorded Signed For: £3.50 plus £1.25 each additional item

Special Delivery Next Day: £7.00 plus £1.50 each additional item

 

International Shipping

EU Countries Standard Airmail: £5.00 plus £1.50 each additional item

ROW and non-EU countries Standard Airmail: £7.50 plus £3.00 each additional item
